Nexus Market PGP Key & Fingerprint

Darknet markets move things that banks would rather not touch, so they sign their words instead of showing a badge. Nexus Market does the same: the public statement and every support answer carry a PGP signature. A signature is not a stamp. It is a check you can run on your own machine, and if it passes, the text came from whoever holds the private key behind this one public key. Nothing here needs you to trust a screenshot.

The fingerprint

The public key is RSA 4096, and its user id reads Nexus Market, nothing more. The fingerprint you compare it against is:

5275 C476 BA13 B268 FCB0 554C 6802 8375 802E 9FAA

Compare it in groups of four, the way it is written above, not from memory and not by eye. Ten groups. If a single group is off, the key is not this key. Paste the string, check the groups, done. When you import the key below, GPG prints its own fingerprint, and that printed line is the one you match against this.

The latest signed statement

This is the cleartext statement exactly as the market published it, signature attached. It is a short note, and that is the point: short, dated, and checkable.

Verify it yourself

Two commands. Save the key block to nexuskey.asc and the signed statement to statement.asc, then run:

gpg --import nexuskey.asc
gpg --verify statement.asc

The first one adds the key and prints its fingerprint, so you can confirm it is 5275 C476 BA13 B268 FCB0 554C 6802 8375 802E 9FAA. The second one checks the signature. On a match you want to read Good signature from "Nexus Market". Anything else, like a bad signature or an unknown key id, means the text in front of you was not signed by this key, and you should stop and re-check where the block came from.

Support answers

Support runs around the clock, and it replies only in response to this key. Treat that as the rule: a signed answer you can verify against the fingerprint above is from the market. A reply that shows a different key, or one that never shows a key at all, is not settled. And the moment any "support" asks you to type your password, or to send coins before an order exists, it is not the market asking. The same rule covers the addresses: if a "support" message points you to an entrance that is not one of the three on the address page, verify that address before you trust the message that sent you there.

You hold the check. The key does not change your mind, it just tells you whether the words were written by the hand you expect. Verify against the key before you trust any page that calls itself nexusb2l7njnf2i5dm3ushgrwayuicpofzcs4bkknpzfdwwbwbgqwtyd.onion or any of the other two entrances.

Support answers are signed with the PGP key on the PGP page. Nothing on this page will ever ask for your password.
